Introduction

Welcome to Tagz! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tagz mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and website (collectively, the "Service"). • Receive notifications about application deadlines and draw results.

Tagz does not submit applications on behalf of users, guarantee outcomes, or assume responsibility for your decisions regarding preference points or draw strategies.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and using Tagz in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any applications submitted through state websites.

4. Account and Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
